Love this Smith machine! The guided bar path makes shoulder exercises so much safer than free weights. Sturdy construction and the finish looks professional. Easy to adjust safety stops between sets.
Really happy with this purchase. The shoulder press movement is smooth and the weight capacity is impressive. Only reason for 4 stars is it's quite large, so make sure you have adequate ceiling height and floor space before ordering.
